3. Registration: Click on the new registration link for "Constable Operator 02/2026". Enter your basic details like name, email ID, and mobile number to create your application account.
4. Fill Application Form: Log in with your credentials. Carefully fill in all personal details, educational qualifications, address, and other required information in the online form. Ensure all data matches your original certificates.
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and required documents (like marksheets, caste certificate, etc.) as per the specified format and size mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for Bihar Police Constable Operator will be based on a multi-stage process:

1. Written Examination:

   • This will be an objective-type written exam.
   • The exam will assess candidates on subjects like General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning, Mathematics, and relevant technical knowledge related to communication equipment.
   • The detailed syllabus and exam pattern are specified in the official notification.

2. Physical Standards & Efficiency Test (PST/PET): This is a qualifying round where candidates must meet specific physical criteria.

   • Height:
     • Male, Gen/BC/EBC: 165 cm
     • Male, SC/ST: 160 cm
     • Female (All Categories): 155 cm
   • Chest Measurement (Male Candidates Only):
     • Gen/BC/EBC: 81-86 cm (minimum expanded)
     • SC/ST: 79-84 cm (minimum expanded)
   • Physical Efficiency Test (Running):
     • Male: 1.6 Km to be completed in 6 minutes.
     • Female: 1 Km to be completed in 5 minutes.
   • Physical Events:
     • Gola Fek (Shot Put): Male: 16 Pond Gola through 16 Feet. Female: 12 Pond Gola through 12 Feet.
     • Long Jump: Male: 4 Feet. Female: 3 Feet.

3. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the PET will be called for document verification. They must produce all original certificates and documents (age proof, educational marksheets, caste certificate, domicile certificate, etc.) for verification.

4. Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on the combined performance/marks in the written examination and physical tests, as per the rules defined by CSBC. A merit list will be prepared accordingly.
